Hey Lavanya I want to share my yoga experience with you and the differences I have seen in my body both physically and mentally. Before I used to have a lot of stress mentally because of my bp. After yoga training my bp is in control and I don't feel stress anymore. Before I used to be very moody now I am taking all the difficult situations in a positive way. And I lose 3kg in a month. It is only possible because of yoga. And u teach yoga with lot of patience and in a friendly manner which makes it more interesting to learn more and do yoga more.
